error accepting a game from que.

Hi, I'm a player on NA server. Recently, I've been trying to play some games. Sometimes, everything works out as it should and no error occurs. However, I've been faced with an odd error that won't let me accept game queues- or it doesn't show up at all, even though my duo partners already have accepted the game. Also, when I create a duo queue, the screen will automatically say that my partners have declined the invitation, and won't let them into the queue. I was affected by this error about 5 times since yesterday, and my queue delay is now at 30 minutes. I'm now trying to repair my client, but I don't know if that will work. Please let me know how I can fix this error. Thank you
