Sion Bug

I play Sion jungle all the time. As a fellow Sion player I have found a problem I am not sure has been brought to the attention of riot. It seems that during the game I cannot make the taunts. For example, if I press left ctrl then 1 he will do the animation but not do the voice over. I have found this to happen after using a move Sion will stop taunting till he is killed and once again respawns only to stop taunting after you use moves again. Either this or Sion just randomly stops doing his voice overs for his taunts. Please fix this as it is a shame that Sion cannot do his taunts at any moment I want to.
