So yesterday new update came out and after i started the client it updated and after i logged my client frooze and then showed me the Bugsplat thingi and after that my client crashed. I did agin open the client but after it opened up it shoved me agin the same and this happends few times. Then i somehow get in. But its happening after every third launch of the client after few hours. This just happened to me after this patch so i dont think that its bcz of my computer. So if someone knows why this is happening and how canthis be fixed please reply.

There are a couple of things that can cause this. To start, try running the Hextech Repair Tool to make sure it is installed correctly, and that your settings are all right. You can also force a repatch, which since this problem started with the recent patch would certainly be worth trying.

Otherwise if this doesn't work, it is likely due to a problem with your graphics software. this type of error can be caused by graphics driver or directX problems. To make sure these are up-date-date:

#HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR GRAPHICS CARD

  • Press [Windows Key] + R (this will open up a "Run" window).
  • Type dxdiag and then hit Enter.
  • Select the Display tab.
  • Note the name and manufacturer of your card in the top left corner of the window.

Most common graphics card manufacturers have a solution that scans your computer and updates drivers automatically. They can be found here:

AMD NVIDIA Intel

And visit the Microsoft DirectX page here to make sure DirectX is up-to-date and installed correctly.

Sometimes even if the software is up-to-date, there is some setting throwing it off. Try resetting your graphics software to default and see if it helps:

#NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL

  • Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
  • Select Manage 3D Settings.
  • Click on Restore Defaults.

#CATALYST CONTROL CENTER

  • Right-click on your desktop and select Catalyst Control Center (also called VISION center).
  • Select Preferences.
  • Click on Restore Factory Defaults.

If none of these work, Riot Support has a Troubleshooting Guide that goes over other possible solutions one by one that I recommend checking out.
