No audio when game starts

Sometimes when i am loading into the game with everybody else the game with have no audio and some of my other friends have had this happen to them too it rarely happens when i sit at the loading screen but has happened often when i have tabbed out. I have fix it in-game by going to the options and selecting mute all audio-ok then toggling off it then it works but I'm still a bit confused why this keeps happening since about 2 patches ago i don't think its just me as when it happened to my friend the same fix worked for him as well and sometimes repeating fix must be done
