3 Heimerdinger bugs
I have collected video proof of 3 different Heimerdinger bugs. Sick of them not being recognized, will be reposting this each and every day until the bugs are at the very least acknowledged.

Might want to go with "Gameplay & Balance" forum (or maybe reddit) if you want acknowledgement, Riot doesn't really post in the "Report A Bug" forum for the most part (except KateyKhaos, but she works on cosmetic stuff I think). They may say that they pay attention, but their actions say otherwise.
Also, the "no-damage" bug has been around for a very long time, and applies to all kinds of stuff. I reported it years ago, have seen it on abilities from Ezreal, Gragas, Jayce, Pantheon, Master Yi, etc... Riot does nothing.
I'll try on gameplay and balance. I posted it on Reddit already, but didn't post it at the right time of day so it got very few views. Asked a mod if I could repost, said no.
