PBE Client Bug?

I made a PBE account and when I logged in to create my summoner name the screen is just black. I make it up to the login screen and that's it. After I enter my username and password it authenticates then just goes black (Then it never goes back) (Literally, I have to close it again :P ) http://puu.sh/mChP4/cb92a63a40.jpg http://puu.sh/mCgTX/a3fb2e53db.jpg I tried running it as an administrator, tried restarting the computer multiple times too. my PBE folder is in Local disk C://Riot games/PBE same as my normal LoL Client which is in C://Riot games/League of Legends. (Normal client works fine btw) I tried searching for fixes on the web but so far none of them has worked, now I'm out of ideas, please help. : /

(P.S. Posting here cause I can't sign in @ the PBE boards too : /)

Same problem here too! Can't connect to PBE on the website.. And my launcher goes blank.. Help please! (I just got my PBE account)
