Sion Ability B
I was playing the new sion, because he is amusing and hysterical.... when about 30 minutes into the game, i became unable to use my Q and my R. W and E still worked fine, don't know how to replicate. sorry

Not sure if this is your answer.. but my keyboard tends to randomly "disable" keys when I alt tab between League and whatever. I think the application (League) thinks you're still holding down your 'alt' modifier, so it tries to use 'alt Q' and 'alt R' when you press them. Just tapping the alt key on my keyboard fixes it. Again.. not sure if it's the same thing but I get this problem randomly with any champ.
I had someone in a game earlier today have the same issue and another player in a game said it seems to happen when you die while using your Q. Not sure if that's why, but may be.
