My evelynn skins are gone?

I havent played in months, but when I logged in and played the new evelynn for the first time since splash update and rework I tried to use my very old shadow evelynn skin I saw it had been updated but it said it was locked and that I no longer owned the skin...

I know its a cheap skin but I dont want to spend money on a skin I had previously owned. Can someone look into this and give me my skin back?
