two serious bugs that greatly dishearten me

so I was playing ranked with a pal tonight and I was in my series I had lost one game and won one game and we wound up losing that match. It lost me my series(the second loss out of 5) and put me down in the 70s in points. I don't think that was intentional at least I hope not. Then the next match I ran into for the fifth time the "I cannot use any of my abilities bug" that apparently even streamers are having issues with. I was hoping maybe someone could toss out a loss forgiven and put me back in my series as I don't think anyone can lane against an annie that's 4 levels ahead. at the very least can I get a red post? I just feel really cheated is all v.v
