I played a game with Cass today - right after the rotation change. It happened in 3 times (from about 5) when I hit an enemy with my ult and said enemy was facing me. The enemy got some HP taken and only got a mild slow, not a stun as it should have been. I'd gladly send a replay or something, but I am no streamer and have not recorded the match, so I have no video-proof of this.

Zeth Gant2 votesOf course, that is a natural thing to do. I was not the only one who saw it happening - my whole team did and even some of the enemies, when we asked them after the game. I am not writing about getting bested by other players, which is normal to happen and not a reason to feel bad, I am writing about a bug, which is a reason to feel bad, since you do everything as you are supposed to do and then - bam, no stun, even though there should have been one.
