Gameplay tower destruction bug

Occasionally, when enemies destroy turrets, the icons appearing will both be blue turrets. The audio is fine but the icon for who killed the turret is a blue turret icon. I do not recall it happening when my team destroys turrets, and I have only experienced it happening with our outer (the ones that fire bolts not continuous beams) turrets.

No screenshots available as it only happens rarely and is, as far as I can tell, random so I cannot say when it will happen, although I will try to take one soon.
