Champ Select Lagging Behind [Client]

Hey,

So, I play League a lot, and I normally have 0 issues beyond the occasional mass bug that afflicts everyone. However, something I have noticed throughout my entire time playing, and a bug particular to me, is that when I am playing League through a hotspot, the champ select will lag behind to the point where I am made to "dodge" because I didnt lock in or ban a champion. I only play normals really, so its not a "terrible" issue, however its annoying being made to dodge a que simply because I cant do anything, then get stuck waiting out my "timeout". The worst part is, I can type to the others in the lobby, and I can switch settings, hell nothing on my computer loses connection during these lag spikes. So I have ruled out its my hotspot losing connection.

TLDR: Problem: During Champ Select, I lag to the point of barely getting to lock in, or dodge the que due to not "Locking In/banning". Lag being that I can talk to the lobby, but selecting a champ or seeing others do such, isnt visible to me until it catches up or the que ends.

Where: Only when I am playing on my phone hotspot.

How to Replicate: It use to be because I use the client in low spec, and I switched it, and it would fix the issue. But now, it happens regardless and nearly every game. I join a lobby, select a champ, get to the ban phase, and then I either lag or can ban. Normally if I can ban, it doesnt lag, however occassionally it will lag after that. It gets worse the longer I play in a day, regardless of re-logging.

In-Game: I have 0 lag spikes of this massive kind, nor feel any kinda inconsistencies in connection like ping spikes.

I would really appreciate help with this, as I have looked everywhere and havent found a fix or really the same problem. I have found switching the clients spec modes helps to free up the lag sometimes, but I really hate it just being chance that I get into a game then I either get to play or sit in "timeout" for 5-20 mins because leavebuster gets me for the dodge.
