6.9 Patch bugs noted, and some thoughts

Greetings Riot, and summoners. I have played couple games in the latest patch, and really some things got on my Nerf that are really over-powered for some reason. I just came from a top laner as Shen against teemo, and every time I am taunting him, HE IS NOT ATTACKING ME AT ALL

I hope this issue is fixed other wised Shen has only two abilities only.

I play against zyra, and she is extremely strong. I am sorry, not her, her SEEDS. Me as a top laner can barely move a step to any one to the back line. in other words, she has unstoppable slows until I am dead, or her.
