New Rune Page Bug (Champ Select)

So randomly every now and then when entering champ select I am unable to view or edit runes. I click the edit button but am unable to see anything. Not sure if this has been addressed or not but its quite annoying to deal with. Relogging fixes this issue but it randomly occurs throughout the course of the day.
