Score not reported after game/honor screen not available

Sometimes after matches of ARAM I notice that I don't have a recorded score in my match history. There's also games in which I don't get a chance to honor someone. Not sure what this is about but I thought I would bring it up. I have a screen capture of this but I'm not sure how to upload it :/
