Issues with frame stuttering

I know that there used to be an issue with NVIDIA-specific GPUs and frame stuttering. The issue was recently told to be an issue regarding Antialiasing, but alas I'm still having technical difficulties with the latest driver, GeForce Experience configuration, and fresh installs. I know that GPU driver version 388-something that comes pre-installed with Windows 10 works fine, but updating Windows drivers has been causing issues as of late - yet you need to update your drivers to play Windows Store games and have recent bug patches done. I'm not sure though if this issue was ever changed to some other root cause but I have changed my in-game settings to cap to 144fps (my monitor supports 60, but was even stuttering at 80 fps and less frequent between 100 and 200 fps.

If anybody else has had an issue with this lmk, I'm also submitting a support ticket after this.

I don’t think it’s on you end. It seems as if the current patch has some massive graphics issues. I’m getting massive stutters on an ati card. Guess we just have to wait to get it fixed…

well I was gonna say this was insightful until the guy with the ATI card said he's having the same problems... how many of these threads are gonna pop up and get upvoted until they friggin do something about it?
