Repayment page not working

This account got suspended yesterday due to a chargeback that I never filed for. While in the repayment page, the page refreshes after clicking the "here" button to view my balance. After a few clicks (about 25) it loads in but says that an error occured and I cant see my balance. It says 0. Riot support advised me to clear my cache, cookies and history and restart my browser, which I did but it still didnt fix the issue. They also suggested to use internet explorer which errors out because it doesnt support the site.

I've tried about 4 different browsers, all in normal and incognito mode, clearing the cookies and data in all 4 and even tried using my phone. It just doesnt work. I decided to come here to ask for help.

How am I supposed to know how much money I owe to riot for a chargeback I never made? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
