[Gameplay] Neeko - Ultimate has no cooldown

I just went into a regular Nexus Blitz match and I noticed around halfway through the game that my ultimate never seemed to be on cooldown. And it turned out I was able to spam it and continually ult. My other abilities had a normal cooldown. For some reason every time I try to open the replay the player crashes and I'm currently unable to open it. However, I was able to get a screenshot of the details of the ability, and it saying it had a 0 second cooldown. I'm not exactly sure how you would recreate this, as I've played many games as Neeko and this is the first time this has happened. I've also played a couple of games after the most recent update on PBE, and this was the first time this has happened. I'll see if it happens again, and I'll keep trying to get into the replay to see if I can get a small video showing me ulting multiple times. Hope to see a fix soon, this was super broken xD

Update: I have no idea what I did, but I was able to get into another nexus blitz match and have it happen again. This time I recorded it with my phone (anticipating my replayer not working, and I was right), so sorry for the bad quality. Update: The maintenance did not fix the glitch, as I got into a game again and was able to spam ability. I can now review my replays however, and I recorded the deterioration of my cooldown of my ult. Still have no idea why this happens. If you pay attention to the cooldown on the details of the ability, it gets shorter and shorter until it reaches zero. At that point I was able to ult again constantly, but I didn't show that in the video because I didn't realize this until waayyy later. Once again sorry for the quality as it seems to lag when I watch the team fights.
