End Screen Showing Wrong Games (completely different teams/game)

I was playing games for ranked 5v5's, I believe this happened in the Poro King mode but not sure, and in the after game screen after clicking continue from the victory, the teams that were displayed had completely different teams/champions/players. There is an attached file that shows the endgame screen. In the picture you can see my team, and the team we played against in the top right where it shows who is still in the lobby, but there is no chat. Also, there i no play again and the rest of the screen is for a different game. I only checked for one game, but the graphs and charts looked like they were correct. This happened over a few games and happened to one other person in my party but I think only once for that person.
