[GAMEPLAY] Jhin Skills Auto-Activate and Camera-Lock with Ult Activation

When playing Jhin, there seems to be a bug where the camera locks and unlocks according to use of his ult, most of the time. I haven't gotten a real read on how frequent this is, but the camera unlock buttons, 'space' and 'y', do NOT unlock the camera not does clicking on the mini-map symbol. Changing camera lock hotkeys does not solve the problem. I frequently notice the camera locking and unlocking according to when I use his ult.

One instance after the camera unlocked during a game, Jhin's W and E auto-activate instead of letting me aim or place a trap. With this bug my cursor has to be directly over the location to place the trap (E). With Jhin's W, I was unable to aim, instead the W is fired right after I pressed W.

In the two games I played this morning the camera-unlock has happened in BOTH, while the auto-activate happened in one.
