Karma W is not reducing R cooldown on both instanced of damage

I just submitted a bug report but thought id post it on here, I play alot of karma (is main), when my W does damage it actually doesn't reduce my mantra R cooldown (4 seconds early level 8 seconds late level), not sure if i missed a nerf or not tbh, anyway I also had the same problem in the practice tool. If it is a bug its pretty harmful since keeping track of R's cooldown is vital to her kit and has cost me some duels, hoping this will get noticed and investigated if not already
