Can't Open Loading screen at all after Champ select

I wanted to play Ranked solo just now and I got done with Champ Selection and stuff. Countdown to 0 and then.... it says

System Error "A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated."

I do not understand what is going on. I played LoL today easily just fine but then a while "2-3 hours ago" this just shows up.

I am going to restart my pc and see if it goes away.
