League client freezes in champ select at 0 seconds when someone is picking/banning

I recently had this problem where my client just randomly freezes at 0 seconds while someone is picking/banning. I can still type but nothing happends until I leave when I havent picked my champ yet, or until I wait like 5 mins when I already picked my champion. Please someone tell me how to fix this problem cuz I realy dont like the waiting timers and lp loss of it.
