My friend wants to gift me but the Gifting Center is not working even i went on and it isnt working for me too.The screen doesnt show up just a blank blue screen.Help me!!

This seems to be happening to (just about) everyone; haven't seen an official Riot comment on the situation, been happening since around 3:30 EST. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
