[GAMEPLAY] Camera Control Bug

Yesterday I was suffering from the common "quarter screen" bug, which I was able to work around by switching to windowed mode. Today when I was in game, I was able to switch to full screen mode without the "quarter screen" issue, but I was unable to move my screen properly. I was able to pan left, right, and down, but not up. To clarify, I only had this issue in full screen mode and was able to work around it by switching back to windowed mode. This problem occurred in every game I played - two normal (draft mode) games and a practice mode game.

Edit: I am playing on a Macbook Pro
