cant see anyone in game

Hey guys I apologize at the cell phone pictures, my prnt scrn wasnt working at all in game so I had to do this somehow. So when I started played there was 5 of us on my team. As the game progressed one by one I couldn't see ANY of my teammates AT ALL on the Rift (no character models) or the mini map (no little avatars) The only thing I was able to see is skill shots and channels.

I have no idea how or why it happened but I wont play again till at least a Rioter tells me it was that once in a life time bug thing that probably wont happen again. Unless you guys thin I should try again?
