Black Screen for champ select

I was looking at RP prices and que pops. I hit accept but when it goes to take us all to the champ bans/selects it just give me a black screen and i can't do anything. after about 2-4 minutes it goes back to the regular screen and says that i failed to select a champion. it also gave me a 6minute wait time to que back up. wtf is this bullshit
