Client Crashes on Champion Select

I'm posting on the forums to see if anyone else is having the problem of constant client crashes before or during champion select. I have encountered this problem numerous times and am unable to reconnect after restarting the client even if I'm last pick. I always receive a dodge timer as this occurs at least twice a day and is the sole reason I don't play ranked. I know eventually the timer will get larger and larger the more it continues to crash and I expect at some point I will actually be punished for it. I have repaired all game files and even done a fresh reinstall of the client. This problem seemed to start at the 6.3 patch. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
