Possible Twisted Treeline Bug - Kassadin

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is intended (and for the sake of balance, god I hope it isn't) but should Kass be able to teleport through the upper center wall in Twisted Treeline? Is this intentional? No other champ can teleport/dash/jump through that wall unless the range of their dash/teleport can actually reach the other side. Also, Kassadin's teleport range doesn't even cross halfway through the wall that he's able to teleport through.
