[Gameplay] Expanded Mind

I tried out the new Expanded Mind masteries today.

I was playing Rengar. I noticed that despite the tooltip, I didn't gain any mana at all. It is absolutely vital that I get the 75 mana, or my Manamune won't do anything at all.

Thanks.
