bugs leading to que timer

i got a bug were my ll launtcher got smal when i did not make it smaler. then to make it big like i want it the settings menue styed the sice of the big lantcher while i stil got the smal window. leading to me not being able to Close the menue or change anything. and cuz i was in que i now got a timer to join.
