100% reproduction rate. The Bug is caused when you press the custom keybind to disable UI. If you don't know the keybind and accidentally press it, your UI disappears. Everything important to play the game disappears - health bar, mana, items, cooldowns, everything. So you are screwed when it's gone. When you press ESCAPE to bring up the League settings menu, it makes a noise like it's up but you can't see anything. You cannot access the settings to view what button disables and enables the UI because the UI is gone and you can't see it on screen. The Escape menu is invisible. So you're stuck for the rest of the match unable to play the game. If you alt tab out, and look at the out of game client, and click the GEAR icon so adjust the settings, since you're in game it won't pull up the settings there either, to view the keybind.

  1. Get into a game of any kind of League
  2. Press the keybind for Enable/Disable UI
  3. Press Escape. The menu doesn't pull up so if you accidentally pressed the keybind, you're unable to find the keybind in settings.
  4. Press Alt+Tab to go to the out of game client, and click the GEAR icon. It won't pull up to view the keybind settings there to enable UI again. 100% reproduction rate.

How to solve: Make ESC on a layer separate from the UI or Above the UI so you can still access it when the UI is disabled.

This happened to me during a ranked match but luckily it was RIGHT at the very end after we got baron and enemy surrendered so I was able to fix it outside the game after it happened but still, if it happened at the start of a match...if you don't know the keybind you're pressing all kinds of buttons and combinations of keys trying to find it and get your UI back so you can play without feeding.
