When i move forward at the start of every game i lag forward a bit then stand still it. Its only for me as my premades dont have this issue and it keeps going for a lil while (example when i click to go to lane a few times i "hack" forward everytime i click)

Sounds like you are experiencing some sort of packet loss or ping spikes. Or are you using some sort of macro or auto clicking mouse software?
Andreasmile1 votesi know what "hacking" is but what im explaining isnt lag and it apparantly happens for more than me when they begin the game (i know its not lag because if i just press 1 time i will start walking straight like usual) but when i spam click i "hack" or lag as you are saying forward.
