Diana unable to be picked?!
I was picking champs in one for all today and I couldn't find diana. It was weird because she wasn't banned and when I saw her again later next game, she was a bannable champ. But not pickable.

do you not own her? your team may not own her. seems like your team doesn't own her but the enemy does which makes her bannable.
