High Noon Jhin's bug.

Recently, I've encountered that Jhin's passive still remains on an enemy champion throughout the game. The passive would not go off, no matter what. Jhin's passive still works, but it is confusing whether the passive is there or not, as I could not differentiate it. Please look in to it. Thanks.
