Missing my Right Side of the Client

A couple days ago, my friend had an incident with the client and his friend's list dissapeared. He tried restarting his pc and client thinking that it was something wrong with his computer but nothing worked. Today, when I logged in, my friend's list was also missing and it was missing for another friend of mines too. I'm not sure what's happening and I just wanted to play a couple games with my friends.

Note: It's not just the friend's list that's missing, basically everything to the right side of my RP/BE is missing
