BUG: Kalista Oathsworn proc not working

Was playing support to a Kalista with the Championship Kalista skin. She bound the oathsworn to me but it didn't remove the spear from her inventory and only made the sound, not the dying part. I had a buff called oathsworn and it seemed to proc as normal. When she ulted it caused me to have the targeting reticule but I couldn't stun anyone, eventually it just put me back down on top of kalista. I never got the swirls or the red line between the characters. Repeated attempts to bind didn't change the outcome. Binds to other characters just made the sound, but left me as the oathsworn.

The opposing team had a kalista and theirs seemed to work fine. they had the swirls to indicate the oathsworn worked like normal. Should look into that skin, or a problem with Kalista.
