Trinket icon doesn´t become grey when on cooldown

I recognized it in my first game on --PATCH 5.12---, normaly the whole icon becomes darkend and there is this kind of going-in-a-circle-thing-to-indicate-when-it-will-be-off-cooldown. The second part is there, but the first is missing.
