Yasuo Tornado Bug

I'm not sure what causes it but sometimes after Yasuo ults he will have the indicator that his tornado is up when it is really isn't and it can be very annoying because I will go in for a play with my tornado and only get sadness when its not really up, and i'm hoping Riot can fix this.
