First time crash, possible hack?

I was in champ select for rank and my role was adc as chosen by the system. The jungler called adc...but that was not his designated role so he threatened to ban my champ. He was 4p and i was the fifth. Right when it was my turn to ban my client "crashed" at 7:00pm central time causing me to miss my turn and get kicked out of the game. This has never happened to me before. I am now waiting for the 5mins to pass.
