LeaveBuster Situation

I was entering a game of League of Legends and my whole computer shut off. I turned on the computer but it took awhile to load into LoL. When I logged on, it said I have had left the game or been afk and that I had to wait 20 minutes before I can play a game for the next 5 matchmake games which I don't want to do. I didn't mean to leave the game and don't want to have to wait 20 stupid minutes just to enter a game. This has happened to me before but now it just gets too annoying. I really want this removed so I don't have to waste time doing nothing.
