[GAMEPLAY] Pantheon's abilites dont work in very late game

I picked Pantheon and everything worked out fine,but in the very late game (around 49 minutes) I couldn't cast any of his abilities and ultimate either on quick cast or normal cast ( I had full mana by the way ).On the other hand no problem occurred with the summoner spells
