Cursor changes from legacy to windows cursor, samething happens with the new cursor

When i'm in game the cursor will change to desktop cursor, the only way i can get it to change back is by doing something that replaces the cursor with

something else. For example i will press A, and that replaces the cursor with a square thing, after that the cursor changes back to legacy. however this is

only temporary and the cursor will change back to desktop after 1 min or so, this does not affect game in anyway whatsoever its just an annoying thing i

have to deal with, does anyone know a fix to this issue? [zombie-nunu-bummed]
