[Gameplay] Nomad's Medallion not rewarding Elixir of Skill

In patch 7.12, Nomad's Medallion still does not always properly reward an Elixir of Skill or a bonus skill point when its quest is completed.

Please note, I have been unable to reproduce this bug thus far but I have included a link to a screenshot from the game that I experienced the bug in:

In the image, you'll notice that my champion is level 10 and that my Nomad's Medallion has earned >650 gold (the required amount to reward an Elixir of Skill). However, my character only has a total of 10 ability points allocated where it should have 11 given the quest's completion.

I'll continue poking around to see if I can reproduce the bug. I had initially thought that the bug may have begun in 7.12 when completing the quest with no remaining inventory space but, per a test just conducted in training mode, I received the additional skill point without having to use the Elixir of Skill (as intended) with 6 items on-hand.

When your inventory is full, the item will not be granted to your inventory, but instead automatically used. Make sure you didn't confuse it for a level up.

You are level 10 with your ult. You did get it.
