Unable to Reconnect to game [CLIENT]

In the middle of a game, computer froze, restart PC, open League client, sign in, creates splash sound that plays on client open exactly 3 times (no matter how many times I did this it was always 3) and says Game In Progress, Reconnect button never appears.

This is the first time this has happened but my computer doesn't freeze ever either, so i don't know what the problem is or how repeatable it is.
