Unfair matched

So, i just played an ranked flex match and was placed against a plat 2 lucian (main)... for a gold V elo player this is terrible, it was a guaranteed lose since min 3. This isn't even the first time something like this even happened... I also had this unfair matched the 1st game after my placements and MANY others. it is really terrible when you come against diamond V's as a gold player, the games are guaranteed 0 FUN!!!! And i lose LP aswell, i don't know how this keeps happening but please let fix this, i hope i'm not the only one encountering something like this. Thanks
