Double Nami Skin

I was starting a match and noticed that Nami had 2 'Classic' skins available. No idea why and I have never seen that bug before. I could even click between the two and select either. Has anyone else seen something like this happen?

I've noticed that when Azir was released, and for someone else.

But I never tried hitting between the two, curious to see what happens.
