[Gameplay] When Pulsefire Ezreal kills a jungle monster, the custom kill animation doesn't trigger

The blue particle effect when Pulsefire Ezreal kills something doesn't happen when you kill a jungle monster. I found this bug on the PBE, and I don't own the skin on live, so idk if it happens on live.

It was in a custom game, Summoners Rift, me vs 5 bots if it matters.

It doesn't trigger on monsters since his release.

Though it would be cool if they added that :)
