Club invites not showing EUW

On EUW when I have invited or they have invited me onto their group/club the invite says it has been sent but no notification comes on to tell the user that they have been invited. Just to let you guys know the clubs are broken. Kind Regards

Same here but I'm on NA servers. My friend has sent invites to her club multiple times and the invite NEVER shows up for me, but it is successfully sent on her end.
