Free Rotations One Day Earlier "Bug"?

On certain weeks during the Monday's specifically, I sometimes have access to the free rotations which are supposed to be released on Tuesday's. At first I thought the rotation days may switch between Mondays and Tuesdays on certain weeks but when I asked the other players in my game during that day, none of them have access to the new rotations but me. Not only can i see the champions in my champion select, but I am also able to play the champions even though I don't own them. I was just wondering if this was a weird bug of some sort or if I am just missing something?
